1. Definitions

Platform / Website / MyChat.ro – a digital promotional space allowing models to publish information and links to their external channels.

Model – an individual who rents promotional space and independently promotes their activity.

User / Member – any person who accesses the website and interacts with models.

Content – any materials published by models, including text, images, links, logos, and contact information.

2. Nature of Services

  • MyChat.ro provides advertising space only, through the rental of visual positions on the website.
  • The platform does not mediate, supervise, coordinate, or guarantee interactions between models and users.
  • MyChat.ro is not a party to any contract, negotiation, or transaction between models and users.

3. Independence of Models

  • Models operate independently and are not employees, agents, or collaborators of the platform.
  • All content is provided exclusively by the model, under their own responsibility.
  • Models do not represent MyChat.ro and may not act on behalf of the platform.

4. Payments and Transactions

  • MyChat.ro does not process or collect payments between models and users.
  • All payments are made directly, outside the platform, through methods agreed upon between the user and model.
  • The platform charges no commissions for these interactions.
  • MyChat.ro cannot verify, control, or guarantee payments and does not provide refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyChat.ro is not liable for:

  • The behavior of models or users;
  • The accuracy, legality, or quality of content;
  • Payments made or not made;
  • Fraud, misunderstandings, or abuses between parties;
  • Financial losses, moral or material damages;
  • External links not managed by the platform.

The platform does not provide warranties, indemnifications, or refunds.

6. User Responsibility

By using MyChat.ro, users acknowledge that:

  • They act at their own risk;
  • The platform does not verify models;
  • They assume the risks of interactions;
  • All payments are their sole responsibility.

7. Accepted Content

  • Models may publish only original, legal content that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • Prohibited content includes illegal activities, violence, discrimination, material involving minors, defamatory or fraudulent content.
  • The platform may remove content that violates the law or these Terms and Conditions.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

MyChat.ro processes only the minimum necessary personal data to operate the platform, in compliance with:

  • EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
  • Romanian Law 190/2018

Collected data:

  • IP addresses (for security purposes)
  • Information voluntarily provided by models for promotion

Data is not sold, shared, or transferred. Users have GDPR rights, including access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection.

9. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Publishing content involving minors
  • Fraud, scams, phishing
  • Sharing private data of others
  • Promoting drugs, violence, or racism
  • Coercing others into illegal services
  • Identity theft or false accounts

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

10. Suspension or Termination of Access

The platform may suspend or terminate a model’s or user’s access if they:

  • Violate the law;
  • Promote illegal activities;
  • Publish prohibited content;
  • Harm the platform’s image.

11. Legal Disclaimer

MyChat.ro is a promotional platform. Models and users act entirely at their own risk. No compensation, warranty, or refund is provided. By accessing the website, users fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
